I keep changing my password but I still can't log in. There's no way to switch your order from pick-up to delivery, or vise versa. There's no real person you can contact if you are having problems, you have to talk to a chat bot that might redirect you to agent if your problem is worth it. I can't sign in and there's no way for me to talk to an agent. For years, there's always been a problem with this app; why I prefer just ordering in person, rewards aren't worth it at this point.

4/06/24 Update: Still glitchy and frustrating. Very embarrassing when trying to prepay an order. The pictures are pretty, though. Options for ordering are nice. Wish I could order. This app is garbage. I've downloaded, then deleted several times over the course of several years always hoping it would be better. Nice graphics. Terrible experience.

The badges that you can earn through their promotions are completely worthless. It's so dumb. I also get a coupons like free chips with a $5 purchase, but it says the coupon won't work at checkout, even though I'm meeting all the requirements. This has happened in the past with other promotions and is really annoying. It's also really hard to contact anyone to fix it. They're not machine doesn't help. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't fix it either.
